Reservations
Reservation of tourist services available through the website are made by a reservation form which the customer submits on the hotel website. The reservation is confirmed once the customer has received written confirmation from the hotel, which specifies the total amount due on the reservation.
Any changes or additions to the reservation will be considered valid provided that they are agreed upon and confirmed by written correspondence. If any change of reservation details occurs (arrival and departure dates, number of nights, number of guests, type of accommodation, number and type of meals, etc.) the hotel will send written confirmation.
Special requirements
In case the guest has specific requirements relevant to the reservation (such as food intolerance, specific diseases that require additional or different services, etc.), they must be approved beforehand by the hotel. These arrangements should be documented in written correspondence between the guest and the hotel.
Confirmation of reservations
Once your reservation is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email from the hotel.
A prepayment of the specified amount in the "Required Deposit" section is necessary to confirm your reservation. The remaining amount is payable upon check-in at the hotel unless stated otherwise in the confirmation.
Payment of deposit required on reservation
The required deposit can be paid via bank transfer to the designated bank accounts provided in the Booking Confirmation. Alternatively, guests can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) by completing and signing a Credit Card Authorization Form.

Self Service Portal
Each guest can access their Self Service Portal, from which they can monitor online the status of their reservation and prepaid deposits for their stay. The Self Service Portal can be accessed by opening the active link from the text Check our Self Service Portal in the received booking confirmation. The Personal PIN is used to access the Self Service Portal.

Every Loyal customer receives a 3% discount on the rate announced on the hotel's website, when booking directly through the hotel`s website. The discount is applied upon payment of the remaining amount (after paid deposit) upon check-in at the hotel.
Cancellation terms
In case of no-show, a penalty equal to the transferred reservation deposit is deducted.
Prepaid amounts are refundable in case of cancellation or no-show due to force majeure. In case of cancellations for good reasons, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents proving the circumstance.
Accommodation at the hotel
Check-in at the hotel takes place after 15:00.
Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional cost.

Check-out time is at 12:00 on the day of departure from the hotel.
