Dear owners and managers of Sunny Day Resort,

in this letter I would like to express a special thanks to the team at Hotel Palace,

you did an excellent job with the commitments made during our event – The 10th Anniversary International Forum of Professional Photographers and Videographers.

The event is the largest not only in Bulgaria, but also the entire region, it also turned out to be the largest in Eastern Europe, and one of the 3 most popular events in Europe for the photography industry. It was attended by famous international speakers, who were visiting Bulgaria for the first time and it was of particular importance to us that these people leave with good impressions of our country!

Just a few days after the final, we the organizers attended another event in the Netherlands and we can confirm that there the feedback from Bulgaria was excellent and the foreign guests spoke enthusiastically about their stay at Hotel Palace and about the whole event!

We express special thanks to the entire team and personally to the individuals directly responsible for the realization of the event …

Thank you! Lubo Dragoev and his team made our celebration unique.

They did it with ease, finesse, unobtrusiveness, professionalism, calmness and confidence. They did it the way I didn't expect it... and the expectations for the Palace Hotel are always high...

I organized the most important celebration of my life so far with just 2 phone calls, 3 emails and a meeting lasted 10 minutes.

I entered the Palace Hotel calm and confident on July 8...

All of our guests felt welcome at the Palace Hotel.

We were left very impressed by the always smiling, kind and polite reception staff, as well as from the creative and hardworking housekeeping staff who maintained impeccable order and cleanliness in the room we stayed in.

We were particularly impressed by the delicious, diverse, and artistically presented food. Special thanks to the entire restaurant and kitchen staff.
