Моето семейство и аз сме дългогодилни лоялни клиенти на х-л 'Палас' и х-л 'Марина'. Тази година за първи път ползвахме балнеолечебните процедури в хотел Палас и останахме изключително доволни. Сърдечни благодарности на д-р Каприлян и нейния екип за високия професионализъм, отлично обслужване, всеотдайни грижи и внимание към нас, висококачествени кечебни процедури и продукти, съобразени с индивидуалните здравни нужди на клиента. Изключително сме доволни от фризьорски салон в х-л Палас - чудесно обслужване. Храната в ресторанта е винаги разнообразна, прясна и вкусна. Без колебание препоръчвам и на други да опитат уникалната атмосфера в хотел Палас и балнеолечение, съчетани с чиста природа, парк, близост до морето и отзивчив, всеотдаен екип от приветливи служители.

Es ist jedes Mal aufs Neue ein Genuss, hier zu sein. Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum dritten Mal im Palace Balneo & Spa im Sunny Day Resort und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass wir sicher wiederkommen werden. 

Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bietet eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und werden täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Besonders der traumhafte Ausblick und die ruhige Lage machen den Aufenthalt jedes Mal zu etwas Besonderem. 

Das Personal verdient ein großes Lob. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. 

Auch das Essen hat uns wieder vollkommen überzeugt. Die Auswahl ist groß, abwechslungsreich und jeden Tag findet man etwas Neues. Alles ist frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen – die Qualität stimmt einfach. 

Der Spa- und Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Nach einem Tag am Strand kann man wunderbar entspannen und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Kombination aus Wellness, Meer und der ruhigen Umgebung macht dieses Hotel zu einem perfekten Ort zum Abschalten. 

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Palace Balneo & Spa für einen weiteren unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Man spürt, wie viel Mühe und Leidenschaft hier in jedes Detail gesteckt wird. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Für uns gehört dieses Hotel zu den schönsten Adressen an der Schwarzmeerküste – eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Erholung, Freundlichkeit und höchste Qualität legen.

Ich war 2 Mal in diesem Hotel und ich bin sehr zufrieden! Sauber! Super Service! ALLE sehr freundlich! Mega toller Spa Bereich! Mein Tipp: Zimmer mit Meerblick. Ich glaube so ein Meerblick gibt es in ganz Bulgarien nicht mit diesem Panorama Fenster im Zimmer. Einfach nur WOW WOW WOW! Von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang sieht man alles wunderschön und sogar vom Bett aus. Unbezahlbar dieser Blick! Super super Hotel!

In this case, it is about choosing a management team that has not only knowledge, but also solid experience, in the person of E. Kolev, Zh. Zhelyazkov, Ivelina Koleva. Of course, other responsible employees also participate in the management and management of this complex recreation complex. 

Diverse and high-quality food prepared by high-class specialists, the cheerful appearance and attention of the student Nikol, who works as a waiter, the professionalism of the savior Angel, the maintenance of cleanliness and comfort by Dora and Zlatka, the quick reaction of the young confectioner Shefket in a difficult moment for a German guest - these are examples and sketches that are remembered. 

We would gladly rest again in this exquisite hotel!

This weekend, dedicated to Palm Sunday, we were guests at Hotel "Palace" for the first time.

With this letter, I would like to express our gratitude — from all of us (7 adults and one child) — for the opportunities provided by your hotel.

We would like to highlight and commend the professionalism of Lilyana Sabeva and especially Svetlozar Hristov! With their empathy and personalized approach, they made our short vacation peaceful and fulfilling.

in this letter I would like to express a special thanks to the team at Hotel Palace,

you did an excellent job with the commitments made during our event – The 10th Anniversary International Forum of Professional Photographers and Videographers.

The event is the largest not only in Bulgaria, but also the entire region, it also turned out to be the largest in Eastern Europe, and one of the 3 most popular events in Europe for the photography industry. It was attended by famous international speakers, who were visiting Bulgaria for the first time and it was of particular importance to us that these people leave with good impressions of our country!

Just a few days after the final, we the organizers attended another event in the Netherlands and we can confirm that there the feedback from Bulgaria was excellent and the foreign guests spoke enthusiastically about their stay at Hotel Palace and about the whole event!

We express special thanks to the entire team and personally to the individuals directly responsible for the realization of the event …

Най- големият чар на хотела- персоналът. Внимателни, любезни, отзивчиви. Благодарим на Диана и колегите й сервитьори в ресторанта, камериерките, барманите, служителите на плажа. 

Прекрасен СПА център и басейни с минерална вода, също с чудесно обслужване и персонал. Големи, комфортни,чисти стаи и бани с всекидневно почистване. 

Прекрасен ресторант с достатъчно места и огромен избор на чудесно приготвени ястия, предястия. Изобилие от плодове, салати, морски дарове, десерти. Адмирации за готвачите и сладкарите със заслужени отличия от кулинарни състезания. Тематични вечери в ресторанта- българска и др. 

Прекрасен поддържан плаж с достатъчно чадъри и шезлонги,и то- в пиков сезон. 

Препоръчвам и с удоволствие бих посетила отново!
